This book is designed to serve as an introduction to U. S. Coastal and Ocean Management Law. It is written for use by law students as a supplement to the usual law school teaching materials and perhaps for members of the bar as an introduction or a refresher on the subject. Coastal management law comprises aspects of property law, land use regulation, water law, natural resources law, constitutional law, federal and state statutory law, and international law in the special context of the coastal environment. |
