Thomas H. Russ is a registered landscape architect and environmental manager with his own consulting practice. Mr. Russ is also an associate professor at the College of Southern Maryland and is the author of McGraw-Hill’s Redeveloping Brownfields. He has been a project manager or project designer for more than 70 land development projects and has consulted on more than 150 others. Mr. Russ is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects and is a continuing education provider for ASLA , the American Institute of Architects, and other associations.
